Biography

Rosemarie Molina is a movement strategist, organizer, educator, and founder of Movement Builders Collective, a network of experienced movement practitioners who partner with labor unions, worker centers, and social justice organizations to build collective power.
For more than two decades, Rose has worked with labor unions, worker centers, and community organizations to strengthen leadership, sharpen strategy, build organizational capacity, and develop sustainable organizing programs. Throughout her career, she has led and advised strategic campaigns and legislative initiatives that have strengthened worker protections, raised labor standards, expanded enforcement tools, and built worker power at the local, statewide, and national levels. She has developed organizing institutes, led strategic planning, organizational transformation, and campaign implementation.
Prior to founding Movement Builders Collective, Rose served in executive and leadership roles with the Los Angeles County Federation of Labor, Organized Power in Numbers, the Los Angeles Raise the Wage Campaign, Community Coalition, and the CLEAN Carwash Campaign.

Rose teaches Labor Studies at UCLA and California State University, Dominguez Hills. She also serves on the boards of the Los Angeles Black Worker Center and the CLEAN Carwash Worker Center.
